Shipping & Returns

Processing times, delivery estimates, shipping protection, and returns.

01Order processing

Orders placed before 4:00 PM on a business day are processed the same day; orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day. Every order is picked against its lot record so the vials you receive match the certificates published for their lot numbers.

02Delivery estimates

Standard delivery arrives in 2–3 business days from processing. Estimates are shown in the cart based on the current cutoff. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays outside our control can add time, and shipping protection covers you if a parcel is lost outright.

03Regions we ship to

We currently ship within our supported European regions as listed at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that importing research chemicals is lawful at your delivery address; parcels refused or seized due to local restrictions are not eligible for reshipment.

04Packaging — why there is no cold chain

Every compound ships as a sealed, lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder. With the water removed, the primary degradation pathways are effectively paused, so the product is stable at the temperatures encountered in normal parcel transit. A vial that arrives at room temperature is exactly as specified — the appearance spec on its certificate of analysis (white lyophilized powder) is your quick visual check on arrival.

05Shipping protectionFree

Every order automatically includes shipping protection at no cost, covering:

LossTracking stops or the parcel never arrives.
DamageVials arrive broken, unsealed, or compromised.
TheftMarked delivered, but the parcel was taken.

To make a claim, email support@powerbuiltlabs.com within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with your order number and, for damage claims, a photo of what arrived. We resolve claims with a replacement shipment or a refund — your choice — typically within two business days.

06Returns

Unopened orders — sealed vials in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.Supplies — unopened laboratory supplies follow the same 30-day rule.Opened vials — cannot be returned. Once a septum has been pierced or a seal broken, the chain of documentation from lot to certificate is broken and the material cannot re-enter inventory.

To start a return, email support@powerbuiltlabs.com with your order number. Return shipping is at your cost unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, spec mismatch against the certificate).

07Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the returned parcel arriving at our facility, or immediately on approval of a shipping-protection claim resolved as a refund. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error.

08Wrong or incomplete orders

If anything about your order is wrong — a missing item, an unexpected product, a lot number that doesn't match its paperwork — email support@powerbuiltlabs.com and we'll make it right at our cost. You can check any vial against its published certificate on the batch verification page.
